This guide provides detailed instructions on loading the Seaga Lean Vendor (LV2018) for beverage vending machines, including Pepsi, Starbucks, and helloGoodness configurations.

Preparing to Load Your Machine

  1. Ensure the Machine is Powered Off: For safety and accuracy, turn off the vending machine.
  2. Open the Machine Door: Unlock and open the outer and inner doors to access the product columns.
  3. Verify Accessories: Check for installed side spacers, back spacers, and auger inserts to match the product type.

Loading Instructions

General Loading Steps

  1. Load Products Horizontally: Products must be placed laying down within each product column.
  2. Positioning:
    1. For bottles: Place the bottle tops towards the back.
    2. For cans: Alternate top and bottom orientation for optimal vending.
  3. Use Retainers: Slide up the locking tab, move the retainer gate into the load position, and lock it back after loading.
