Overview
This guide provides detailed instructions on loading the Seaga Lean Vendor (LV2018) for beverage vending machines, including Pepsi, Starbucks, and helloGoodness configurations.
Preparing to Load Your Machine
- Ensure the Machine is Powered Off: For safety and accuracy, turn off the vending machine.
- Open the Machine Door: Unlock and open the outer and inner doors to access the product columns.
- Verify Accessories: Check for installed side spacers, back spacers, and auger inserts to match the product type.
Loading Instructions
General Loading Steps
- Load Products Horizontally: Products must be placed laying down within each product column.
- Positioning:
- For bottles: Place the bottle tops towards the back.
- For cans: Alternate top and bottom orientation for optimal vending.
- Use Retainers: Slide up the locking tab, move the retainer gate into the load position, and lock it back after loading.

Tips for Successful Vending
- Always adjust the retainer gate to within ½ inch of the loaded products for proper vending.

Maintenance
- Clean the Condenser Regularly: Use canned air or a soft brush to clean the refrigeration vents.
- Check for Obstructions: Ensure no debris blocks the product chutes or delivery system.
- Verify the Door Seal: Ensure the door is closed tightly to maintain cooling efficiency.
