Setting Up the IQ640

  1. Unboxing and Placement:
    1. Inspect the vending machine for any damages during shipping.
    2. Place the machine in a climate-controlled indoor environment (temperature between 50°F–90°F, humidity <40%).
  2. Power Requirements:
    1. US Version: Requires a 115V grounded outlet.
    2. EU Version: Requires a 230V grounded outlet.
  3. Connecting to Network:
    1. Plug in the Ethernet cable to the port on the back of the machine.
    2. Power on the IQ640 and note the 10-digit activation code displayed.
    3. Send the activation code to [email protected] with your contact details for confirmation.
  4. Adjusting the Date and Time:
    1. Enter Service Mode by pressing the Service Mode button.
    2. Navigate to Real Time Clock and input the current year, month, day, and time (24-hour format).

Loading Products

    1. Pull the tray out by pressing the release latch on the right side and slide it forward to the Load Position.
